In my experience I have found the black men I have been with to be more accepting of mtf post-op trans gender girls as real women then white men. I'm not sure exactly why but I believe it comes down to these reasons. Either they are so secure in their masculinity that they aren't bothered by by the fact that we once had male bodies, the ones I've been with were so horny and testosterone fueled they'd fuck anything, or they view us as the ultimate sissybois and use us to demonstrate their dominance and superiority over white men.
